To all our guests, team members and friends:

Like many of you reading this, we have spent the last several days and weeks learning more about the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and how it is impacting our community. The health and safety of our guests and employees are very important to us. As we continue to closely monitor the (COVID-19) situation, we want to maintain a safe workplace and adopt practices protecting our employees, customers, and community.

We are taking the guidance from the Center of Disease Control (CDC), which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventative measures. We have implemented an increased cleaning procedure by cleaning high traffic common areas such as door handles, work stations, bathrooms every hour.  We also encourage any employees or guests to stay home if they are experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, runny nose, body aches, headache, chills or fatigue.

Hopefully soon we will be able to return to normal life, until then please know that we are doing everything we can that has been recommended by our Senior Management and Health Department guidelines. The health and safety of our guests, employees and community is very important to us and we will continue to do business with that in mind every day.

We also understand that some of you may not be able to come to Cartiva of Minot at this time. In that case we do have several options to help serve our customers. With our Cartiva Delivers program, we offer: at home test drives, home delivery of your documents and your new vehicle. We also have an online credit application, ability to send walk-around video tours of vehicles, as well as being available by phone and email to help serve our customers.
